  • New to the profession (1–2 years in)
  • Committed to their growth as an educator
  • Aligned with the Teachers LEAD mission
  • Experiencing genuine financial need
  • Able to provide proof of employment in education

Our first drive will serve teachers in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area, with plans to expand to more communities as we grow.
